FunCakes Launches a brand new range of fondant
FunCakes, the leading own brand of NewCakes, is proud to introduce its new generation of fondant, developed for today’s home baker. Combining premium quality, excellent workability and ease of use, the renewed range makes decorating cakes and treats more enjoyable than ever. Whether you’re creating a simple birthday cake or an impressive showstopper, the new fondant helps bring every baking idea to life.
The launch comes with a striking new look designed to stand out on shelf. Premium foil packaging, the iconic pink FunCakes branding and vibrant product photography create strong visibility, while the large colour window makes it easy for bakers to instantly see the fondant inside and select the perfect shade for their next creation.
For covering, modelling and decorating
Developed with creativity and convenience in mind, the new FunCakes Fondant offers a soft, smooth and flexible texture that is easy to work with. It can be rolled out thinly for a flawless finish and is ideal for covering cakes, modelling figures and shapes, or creating decorative details such as flowers, bows and other decorations.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced cake decorators, the fondant is pliable, easy to handle and can also be coloured effortlessly, opening up endless creative possibilities. Available in the wide range of colours home bakers are used to from FunCakes, providing inspiration for every theme, season and celebration.
Once applied, the fondant hardens nicely and retains its shape, helping decorators achieve clean and professional-looking results. It also features a subtle vanilla flavour that complements a variety of cakes and fillings. For decorative shapes and cut-outs, the fondant delivers neat, sharp and precise results.
The new FunCakes Fondant range will be introduced gradually. The previous range of fondant will be discontinued completely.
The first 1kg variants will become available from 12 October 2026, with additional colours and pack sizes following as soon as possible thereafter. Please visit the CakeSupplies website to view the latest available assortment.
